- Rental fees: Order one to six VHS or DVD for $5. each on a three day rental period or $7. each for a six day rental period; seven to fifteen for $4 each for a six day rental period or $6. each for a ten day rental period. Rental period starts when videos are received. Or when delivery is attempted. Rent up to fifteen videos at one time. Late fee $1. per day per video.
- Shipping: Videos will be shipped to you via priority mail. Charges for shipping and handling: one video $5.50 ; two videos $8.00; three to ten videos $10.50; eleven to fifteen $14.00; one to four DVD's $5.50; five to fifteen DVD's $10.50; Mixed orders use video rates. Special shipping arrangements on request. If you place an E-mail address on file, we will notify you when your order shipped and give you a tracking number and web address to track your order in transit.
- Returning videos: Save packing material. Place enclosed self-stick pre-addressed label over old shipping label, and remove old postage. Ship via priority mail use the priority envelope enclosed with each rental or reuse the priority shipping box your order came in (priority boxes and envelopes are available free from the post office). All returns must be by PRIORITY MAIL with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Save your receipts.Tapes returned via slower classes of shipping will be subject to late charges for delays incurred in shipping.
- Tampered or damaged tapes: All tapes are screened for defects prior to shipment. If you encounter viewing difficulty, be sure to adjust the "tracking" of your video system. Do not tamper with tapes! Any tape which has been tampered with or damaged will become the property of the member. Member will pay full replacement price and forfeit membership. Check tapes for shipping damage before attempting to play. Allow videos to attain room temperature before playing.
- Rent for free / trade-in policy: Now you can trade-in your old tapes for rental credits! You probably already own a few fighting female type tapes. If you are like me, you have watched these tapes six or so times and now they are gathering dust somewhere. Now you can trade these tapes for rental credits. The tapes you trade must be originals in good condition. No duplicated copies or third party (used) tapes accepted; notarized documentation attesting to the source and authenticity will be required ( notarizing not needed if you have traded-in videos to us before or if you have a valid credit card on file) . Submit a list of your tapes to us for review. If approved, you will receive further instructions, to include number of credits, shipment and documentation information and form. Please note: we do not accept videos with xxx rated content (those containing fondling and or penetration of the genitalia with any body part(s) or objects)! No deposit required: when you give us a valid credit card number for our file. If you prefer not using a credit card, a refundable one time deposit of $75 per the number of videos you would like to rent at any one time. Some videos will require additional deposit. This deposit will be refunded at end of your membership or when you give a valid credit card number for our files. Memberships & rentals available in the USA only!
- To Order Tapes:
1. CHECK your membership number in space provided (upper right) when we send you order form.
2. List tapes by our code numbers only (write clearly).
3. List as many as nine alternates for each selection to expedite your order. If you want only one or two particular tapes, list only them; But by doing so, your order may be delayed, up to four weeks as all requested tapes may be out. As it is not cost effective for us to pull videos out of circulation for more than a day or two to complete an order for multiple videos without alternates listed part of order will be shipped and balance noted on your next order form, or credit card will be billed only for those shipped.
 4. Make all money orders and checks payable to FFVRC or use any major credit card. DO NOT SEND CASH !!!!!
